Gravity: Seven Essential Truths About Influence, Leadership, and Your Soul
Leadership is not just something you do, it is who you become. Your level of influence is directly tied to the person you become – your soul mass, and there is no short cut. Those who try to exert great levels of influence without building their internal soul mass, either fail to develop traction or implode under the weight of their own influence.
GRAVITY is a fable–a way to present truths through a story. While the story centers on Jason Cahill, a regional non-profit executive, it could be about a any person of influence in another person’s life: a person, a leader like you.
Trained as a pastor, Michael L. Forney has served in both pastoral and executive leadership roles for early-stage and turnaround companies, and consulted with churches for over 12 years. Gravitational Leadership provides training and coaching services to pastors and churches throughout the U.S.

Ron is also the author of Embracing Conflict: Finding Peace in the Midst of Tension and Growing the Soul Through Accountability, Disclosure and Feedback.
