The Sykoras’ ministries in multicultural Europe include member care for missionaries, and training and education for church planters and lay people in FM fellowships. The Sykoras are located in the fast-developing capital city of Bratislava, Slovakia, where Josef helps pastor a local Cirkev Bratska congregation of more than 400 members and where Lynette is involved in counseling while primarily being a stay-at-home mom.
