Global – FMWM Missionary Coaches Garry and Pat currently serve FMWM as Missionary Coaches. Their new responsibilities include helping all FM missionaries (extended-term, along with associate and affiliate missionaries, VISA volunteers and VISA voyagers) especially in the area of fund-raising. The Cruce family served in Paraguay from 1986 to 1992 and in Peru from 2007 to 2012.
Middle East/North Africa Dustin serves as the assistant to the Middle East/North Africa Area Director and in leadership and church development. Dustin and Megan coach young, emerging leaders. Megan also has a heart for women to know the freedom that comes with an identity founded in Jesus.
Rwanda – Associate/VISA Scott trains Free Methodist pastors throughout the country, as well as teaches English to pastors and Free Methodist Church staff members.
