For the right candidate there maybe an opportunity to partner with the Conference to oversee a church planting effort in the U.P. This will be a compensated position and the person will be using the Every Church Grows method to establish new works.
The North Michigan Conference partners with every church with mentor/coach support, strategic developmental plan and growth support, Every Church Grows training, Nine Strategies assessment tool and other help as needed.
