Base Salary – $31,000 to $36,000
Pension – $4,200 to $4,500
Health Insurance – $2,000 (This amount to be allocated for a different item as the pastor desires)
Parsonage Rental value – $10,800
Parsonage Utilities – $2,000
In addition, the Lead Pastor would also receive:
Cell phone reimbursement of $960/yr.
Mileage reimbursement of up to $800/yr
Professional expense reimbursement of up to $1000/yr
