Purpose:
To disciple youth and young adults, to help them establish a life-long desire to follow Jesus Christ and to identify their gifts and purpose in service to the community of Christ.
Responsibilities:
-Plan teaching series and small group discussions
-Develop a presence in the community
-Develop staff and youth leadership
-Create partnership with parents
