Succession Associate Pastor– Growing church of 300 in Southern Michigan Conference seeking experienced Associate Pastor with gifts and calling to transition into Lead Pastor role.
Immediate responsibilities negotiable depending on individual competencies and passion but may include preaching on a regular basis, oversight of small groups, visitor follow-up, the Sunday morning worship experience, tech support and leadership development.
Candidate will already be or willing to become an ordained Elder in the FMC. This position is available immediately.
