Located just outside Rochester, New York, Pearce Memorial Free Methodist Church has a long history of making disciples of Jesus Christ and living that discipleship through multiple missions and ministries. Our continuing desire is to introduce people to Jesus Christ and walk alongside them as they grow in relationship with Him.
Candidates must be men or women with a deep walk with God, and a clear sense of self. They must have fruitful experience in: leading a church to grow, oversight in a multiple staff environment with team building capabilities, a strong ability to preach, and strategic and visioning capacity to move the church forward into the future.
