SEED is looking for a team member with an interest in social and economic justice and a range of abilities including computers, financial record-keeping, customer service and inventory management. Training available for quick learners with strong listening, organizational and relational skills. Individual should have a friendly interactive personality and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments from livelihood groups, updating inventory, processing payables along with tracking of all receivables and payments. This position will prepare shipments for events and process returns, making sure all is checked in received and balanced, prepare the director’s expense reports, maintain accurate inventory and the team calendar. The administrator will also coordinate and lead volunteer teams.

This position requires excellent customer service. Familiarity with spreadsheets and accounting concepts is necessary with strong computer abilities. Experience with QuickBooks or other financial software is preferred. An ability to problem solve with the department team, work with a group, and work well individually is required.
