About The Author
Kristen Bennett Marble serves as the Senior Pastor of West Morris Free Methodist Church in the urban West Indianapolis neighborhood. She is an ordained elder in the Free Methodist denomination, and has served in urban, suburban, and rural churches in various roles, including church planter. Kristen finished her doctorate on the New Testament Context in May 2018 at Northern Seminary with Dr. Scot McKnight. Kristen serves on the Executive Board of West Indy Development Corporation, and is in Cohort 6 of the Wabash Pastoral Leadership Program with the Lilly Endowment. Kristen lives in Indianapolis with John, her husband of 24 years and her seven at-home children, ages 13-21. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, spend time with her family, and camp.
