Northgate Free Methodist Church (Batavia, N.Y.) seeks a full-time Children’s Ministry Director to serve in the growth and development of our Children’s Ministry department.
-Job Objective is to cultivate, grow and maintain strong ministries for the children of Northgate and their families and to create paths to connection with the unchurched community.
-Age groups the position will be responsible for are nursery through Elementary School.
What are we looking for in this candidate? Ideally this individual will have prior experience with early childhood ministries. In addition, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who is capable of developing meaningful relationships with staff/volunteers, who is dynamic in their leadership style and capable of implementing the ministry vision of the church in their assigned department. Most of all, we would like to find someone who is passionate about helping children learn about Jesus!
