A Sacred Commission
We take seriously the opportunity to develop leaders who are devoted not only to making disciples, but to encouraging an active laity in each and every Free Methodist Church.
The Department of Leadership Development is committed to assisting the church:
- discover lay, pastoral and educational leaders
- connect leaders to the church in a meaningful relationship, and
- equip leaders for effective ministry in the world.
Part of this task is accomplished by the office of Leadership Development which works closely with our six Free Methodist colleges and universities.
The office of Ministerial Credentialing assists pastoral candidates seeking ordination in the Free Methodist Church.
