The North Michigan Conference has a Lead Pastor position opened in Cedar Springs Michigan. The Church is a part of beautiful West Michigan just north of Grand Rapids. A plus 200 people are attending the church at this time. There are four paid staff in addition to the Lead pastor at the present time. This is a vibrant church with a lot of potential. The Church is ready to grow with the right leader.
We are looking for a proven leader who has a demonstrated record of church development. Someone who has worked in a staff environment and is skilled at team leading/building, helping both paid and volunteer staff reach their potential while they equipped and helped the Church effectively reach their community.
Additional experience:
Looking for someone who has been involved with church planting and church vitalization.
The Conference believes that the Springs Church is in a great place to grow in Cedar Springs, but also is strategically located to help plant churches in nearby communities using the “River Church” Concepts.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
