The Free Methodist Church is actively engaged in locating, equipping, and mentoring leaders, particularly from Gen Z. The bishops have recently engaged in two ground-breaking, excellent round-table events where Gen Z leaders were asked questions and invited to provide input. With over 600 of our pastors being over the age of 60 and only 194 pastors under the age of 40, we are looking to make our leadership pipeline grow younger.
